CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
·        DEPARTMENT: MARKETING

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·        Overseeing brand management functions.
·        Overseeing the functions of data card management and issuance management
·        Overseeing the functions of private and public sector business development of the organization
·        Preparation of sales and marketing budgets for the department.
·        Develop strategic roadmap for product development for the organization.
·        Liaising with Government on strategic sales and marketing policies and programs
·        Initiating Advertising and Media strategy
·        Managing Consumer behaviour / Industry Relations.
·        Liaising with Government Agencies on all matters relating to product
·        Monitoring installation and delivery of products
·        Deliver other ad hoc responsibilities assigned by the MD

KEY COMPETENCIES:

·        Strong managerial and leadership skills.
·        Ability to think and act strategically and proactively.
·        Industry and job knowledge

·        Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
·        A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, MBA/M.Sc in any related field would be an added advantage
·        Approximately ten years of well-rounded marketing or business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility with a marketing expansion


CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
·        DEPARTMENT: INFORMATION & SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLES:
·        Deployment of innovative technologies in the e-commerce environment.
·        Specialist in payment gateway application implementations (Collaboration, design, review and approval)
·        Establish and supervise the software and development process, setting short term objectives and assessing progress as defined by the selected development methodology.
·        Establish and supervise a quality assurance process, including integration and system testing.
·        Select and set up web-based internal communication systems, project management and bug tracking systems (In the absence of a system administrator).
·        Direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide information, security plan that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company’s data and servers, disaster recovery and business continuity plan.
·        Take responsibility for technology strategy, setting priorities, managing resources and  assuring on-time delivery
·        Select or define the company’s software development methodology and conduct code reviews and specification conformance testing as defined by the selected software development methodology     
·        Act as a testing resource during applicable phases of the project lifecycle (unit and integration testing)    
·        Investigate and efficiently advanced resolve trouble tickets and customer complaints.
·        Deliver other ad hoc responsibilities assigned by the MD

KEY COMPETENCIES:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
·        B.Sc Engineering or in any related field, MBA/M.Sc in related field would be an added advantage.
·        At least 10 years’ experience in the Information Technology field.
·        At least 3 years’ experience in managerial and strategic position.
