Customer Service Management

·      Create and maintain relationships with existing clients through written and verbal conversations. ·      Communicate the core values of Chams Plc in relationships with clients. ·      Translate consumer request into profitability. ·      Monitor and control all customer interfaces. ·      Exhibit Zero tolerance level for complaints.

People/Team Management

·      Share knowledge freely with team members.. ·      Provide adequate platform for accountability within team.

Qualification

·      A good first degree in any business related field or the social sciences ·      Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in a similar or related function ·      Must be a master at team playing. Ability to work with teams of people within and outside the organization, across all departments and with external customer ·      Passion for innovation and new ways of doing things
