What is your Job title? Head Strategy and Corporate Planning

What led you to Chams and what is your background? My friend thought I had transferable skills

Walk us through your average day at work: Come in, make coffee, set up lappie, check emails, settle down  settle down, drink coffee whilst responding to emails, get on my projects for the day, meetings interrupt, have lunch, meetings, type up slight work, more meetings, head out. The end.

What excites you about your job at Chams: The unpredictability, different mini projects, seeing outcomes/results, my office buddies

Which day of the work week are you the most productive? Tuesdays -Thursdays

Favorite thing you do outside of work: Catch up with my mates, watch TV, sleep

Secret talent? I make the best salads in the world

What is your most treasured possession? My Mont Blanc pen, my passport

If you could visit one landmark anywhere in the world, where would it be? Koraku- en gardens in Okayama Japan

What was the last book you read? Ghana must go

What do you think is the most important quality needed for success?
Perseverance and an ability to get up every time you fall

What do you consider your greatest achievement? My career

What do you see as the major challenges facing your field and how is your department solving    those challenges? The ability to see strategic intent through. My department is trying to make strategy more accessible to everyone, so that it stops being so abstract and it starts to be seen as a core element in the organization. Hence the creation of strategy connect. An intellectual monthly one pager that helps to highlight various concepts in a friendly way

Working in a corporate world needs a lot of hard work, especially when it comes to corporate event planning. I have been a part of a professional team of corporate event planners; we use to work a lot for events but at the end that was all worth.
