Job Title:	FINANCE & PERFORMANCE REPORTING OFFICER
Reports to:	HEAD OF ACCOUNTS & FINANCE
Status:	Permanent

Job Summary

·         To produce long- term business analysis ·         Ensure a smooth budgeting and budget control ·         Ability to present a good business write-up ·         Prepare and give detailed weekly business  reports to Head, Account & Finance   ·         Ability to analyze  business performance review ·         Ability to anticipate expenses based on business needs and industry dynamics ·         To advise the management on changes in the business and develop strategies for performance ·         To advise management on appropriate organization structure that supports the business ·         Manage investors relations for the organization Listening to others; interpreting, analyzing, translating information and conveying to defined audiences in a clear manner.

Competencies (Knowledge, skills and abilities) Intermediate knowledge of Finance and Financial activities. Intermediate knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures High attention to details Analytical and problem solving skills Strong numeracy skills Team player Relationship management Excellent communication and reporting skills Time management skills Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite

Personal Attributes Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the Finance Honesty and demonstrate sound work ethics Proactive and Highly professional in conduct

QUALIFICATION A good first degree in accounting or any business related field. A formal business qualification such as an MSC is an added advantage Must be a team player. Ability to work with teams of people within and outside the organization, across all departments and with external alliance partners Passion for innovation and new ways of doing things A good sense of humor and fun-loving.
